Room carpets weren't very clean, noticed an extra $15 dollar charge on my acct I can't seem to get an answer for, staff was courteous all the entry way carpets were completely filthy but all in all was okay for the price for expedia

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport by IHG
Was not happy that breakfast on the weekend only went to 9:30 - most Holiday Inn express hotels go till at least 10 if not later than that. Also, the heater in our room was noisy. The shower was not hot and the walls were so thin we could hear every noise around us.
