"Perfect Boca stay! Clean, quiet, great staff!"

"The A/C worked fine. There was dish soap but nothing to wash dished with. No sponge or cloth. No dish towels. No hot pads. No spoons. Only 2 little salad forks. One glass. Wine opener but no wine glasses. No bath mat. No rugs at all. Only one hand towel. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were of extremely poor quality, very thin. "I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others."

"The room was clean and we had an end unit (401) so we had an extra large balcony. 2 large tv's. It was far enough from main drag so we did not have to deal with loud drunk people. Employees were kind, welcoming, and helpful. A few issues; it took 25 minutes to get hot water to the room, bath towels were very small, dishes were not microwaves safe. I would book a stay there again for sure."

"This is quite the oasis! It is surrounded by water. Guests have access to one pool and two additional pools a short distance away at a health center. The food on site is good, with additional restaurants on the property (marina side). There is a free boat trip each day to look for dolphins and other marine life.
