"Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. "The hotel was comfortable and decent. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. I now have a go to hotel near Nuvali whenever i visit my sister."

"The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "
