"The pool is across the street at a sister property. It was not very convenient to walk my child across a busy road. It was in the fine print. They advertise heated roof top pool. They never have towels up there and then you have to cross back wet and cold. They didn’t have a microwave or mini frig in the rooms. Which was another inconvenience"

"Large rooms and simple accommodation convenient to airport and transportation. Uncomplicated and fair price for an expensive city. Rooms are spacious. Only complaint- older building without updated heating/AC. It was very loud and there was not a temp scale to help you maintain a given temperature. Slow to cool or heat. The fan stayed on at the noisy level the whole time."

"Great hotel. Very central, close to Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf. Lots of fun things around the hotels for everyone (games, tea/coffee, pool, etc). Friendly staff and even a 1pm late check-out (very rare these days!). Will be back when in SF!"
