I was told that I would have to purchase any additional that I would need. Also, I booked a room that specifically had a king size bed. My unit had a full size bed. I talked to the hotel staff about the issue. They told me that the issue was with Expedia since I booked through them. I contacted Expedia immediately, and did not receive any...

La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."
