"When I booked this upscale hotel, it described the restaurant and amenities. The restaurant has been closed for 8 months and the property is remote…so no opportunity to have a restaurant, drink, food or anything after 10 am in the morning. If you want to have any of these…you have to get in your car and drive 4 miles…terrible. The front desk has no clue as well…such a disappointing experience"

"Beautiful property with Italian architecture. Very unique and interesting mix of Italian and Asian art all over the property. It was lovely exploring the property admiring the art and the garden.The room itself felt a bit dated but we really enjoyed the vibe. There are a couple of fire places to lounge around. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our one meal at the restaurant."

"This stay was such a cool experience! Dina, the owner, curated such a unique, beautiful, and intimate wine tasting experience. Dina and Jeff were very kind and accomodating. If you go in the winter, keep in mind it will be chilly, but they provided us with wool blankets to help keep warm! Overall, definitely recommend this stay/experience."

"Arrived and was told that all they had available for Expedia guest was a room for disabled guest. I said we requested a room with two queen beds and that is what I paid for. Ryan said we had to pay $40 each night for an upgrade to the room I originally booked. Then we requested our room cleaned and had to tell front desk it was not. The person at the front desk said cleaning staff was gone but he could take out the trash and get us clean towels but did not know how to make up beds. I requested a...

"Modern hotel in a central location. We had a spacious room with a large bathroom. Staff was very curteous and responsive to our request. The building only has one elevator - so there were some extended wait times. The food was disappointing: coffee weak weak every morning and scrambled eggs too soft. Also, there were few food choices. "

"The Suite with Bunkbeds was fantastic for our family of 4. Two teens had their own room with Bunk Beds and us parents could also spread out. Very roomy. There was car noise from the street and the buildings are undergoing construction so the extra noise may bother some. Pleased with the Breakfast. We stayed on a weekday and enjoyed hot bacon, turkey sausage, egg omelet, and diced potatoes. Pancake machine also made fresh tasty mini pancakes with a push of a button. Nice juice and coffee...

"Pros: lots of parking, newer carpets, clean sheets and comfy beds; not too far from downtown (and ample parking in downtown so drive is like 3-5 mins) Cons: some broken items housekeeping hadn’t attended to prior to check in (broken hairdryer, a long hair in shower). Owner was quick to file report to housekeeping. Phone made weird clicking noise. "
