"It was a really nice place if you were looking for a place that has a refrigerator stove and a microwave and it was only 10 minutes away from the venue that I needed it to be at which was a great convenience for me and it was only 10 minutes away from any mall of food place that I needed it to be. I would choose it anytime I was gonna stay in Richmond, Virginia."

"All the negative reviewers need to adjust their expectations and chill. Econolodge is a BUDGET hotel. No-frills budget. If you want luxury, go to the Ritz-Carlton! My room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. I arrived 1.5 hours early for check-in and they got me in a room that was in the process of being cleaned within 10 minutes. They could have made me come back! This will be my base of operations from now on when I go to Richmond."
