"This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"

"We had a great stay at Waynebrook Inn. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also well maintained. The hotel itself is older, but that's part of its charm. "First room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the counter in the kitchen was delaminating. The next room had nicotine stains all over the ceiling above the bathtub. Also the bathtub drain was completely plugged, and the staff had no Drano to clear the clog. And the tub faucet was almost falling off, and didn’t turn off completely (drip, drip, drip into the standing water left in the tub). The TV had only cable — no streaming options (e.g., Netflix, HBO Max, etc.), so you couldn’t even log...
