"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."

"The breakfast was fresh and had an array to choose from. Staff was unfriedly, be advised housekeeping is every other day. I asked for addition toeels and was met with an attitude. I also found 2 ands in the bed sheets. "

"The service of Emily at the front desk was amazing. Emily worked to place all 8 of our families’ rooms on 3rd floor so we could be close together. Great breakfast options and a lot of space for the guests to sit and enjoy breakfast. Pool looked nice but we didn’t get an opportunity to swim. Refrigerator and microwave in the room w pullout couch. Appreciate that bathroom sink is separate from shower and stool. Very close to airport if needed. "It is always such a joy to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Airport for dance competitions and unfortunately this was the last time that you will get to see this mama and her dancer as we graduated this year feel free to keep being awesome to all the dance competition venues that come there as it is extremely chaotic for these parents to deal with these dramatic children and you staff are Saints. "For how nice everything else is at this hotel. The breakfast was the worst one I’ve ever had. There was never enough food and they prepared everything in such small sizes. However it was pleasant and everything was clean and the staff were phenomenal."

"Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!"

"The stay here was decent the staff was friendly but there we things that were lacking. Room cleaning was very poor. I had to call so many times and yet I'm my 5 day stay only 1 day was cleaned fully. I had to put our trash outside in the hallway just for it to be done. Noticed some of our items went missing as well which was very odd. Other than that everything was decent a 5/10 could have been better but not the worse."
