"This place was so nice and quaint just right for a family of 2 or 3 or a couple. It was very clean bedroom clean, extra pillows and blanket, good amount of bath towels and amenities. Easy entrance access and the neighborhood was beautiful close to food stores and beach. I would definitely stay there again. 5+ Stars."

"Not a more attentive staff anywhere. Some of the housekeepers could use some energy! Would like to see more options for pillows...no grades of softness, all too soft. Bathrooms are not made for women to apply makeup; lighting is poor and the wall mounted mirro is way too high for anyone who isn't at least 5 foot 9."

"Loved how small it was, pool area was very nice and intimate. Room was great. Literally could throw a rock into the ocean from the balcony so that was cool. The restaurant onsite was great. We did ask for someone to look at our TV because it wasn’t connecting to the internet (asked two different times, same person) and no one ever came up to help us. Also thought it was weird that you could be charged for losing a business card which represented that you borrowed a beach towel. The towels were...

"For the most part , everything looked or was in order. We did find a deigner nail that came off presumably a female's finger. The tub in our suite had a few pieces of hair in itand a water leak on the carpet invthe walkway to the shower area . Overall , it was a nice weekend. This wont deter us from coming back. Thank you."

"Great value! So many great amenities...restaurants and bars on site, spa, gym with Peletons...service was great. We loved Arlene at Ilio's. You could text guest services for anything (room cleaning, extra towels, etc..) and they were SO fast and friendly and professional. Chair and food/drink service at beach and pool was great as well."

"Checking in to the property I did not see the sign indicating check in. Prior to findind the office to check in I walked 10 minutes to find the office. The check in was easy. The parking was easy. The Air was working but the temperature remained at 75 degrees most of the time. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small. The toilet seat was too closed to the wall. Leaving no leg room in front. I had to seat sideways. I am only 5.07 in height. Other than that my stay was OK."

"The wifi is very slow with poor connection. The TV keeps on freezing and it is hard to watch any channel. There is also a foul smell on the beds. The staff was helpful though with our towel and toilet rolls"
