"We stayed with 2 children. The pull out couch was comfy enough for 1 adult/1 child or 2 kids. Room was average for being cleaned. Rooms were a bit dated, kitchen needed a kettle, not a blender. The elevators were down from 4 to 2 so taking it was difficult. Water bottle filling stations were limited and not working frequently. The kids activity room was closed for renos and no alternatives were offered. The pool hours were very short. After being out all day doing things, kids were never able...

"The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily).
I arrived at the gate, provided my confirmation number and directed to the tower I'd be staying in. Valet was complimentary. No long lines, I picked up my key at the front desk from MGM Signature...

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. "Extra space we needed for our family. We booked adjoining rooms and the conscience of the location was perfect especially because it was connected to the MGM.
