"Horrible hotel"

"Poolside was terrible! 3/4 of loungers had towels or reserved, but no people used them for hours. We were there at 10am when the pool opened and no seating! Average room with torn furniture, not impressed, won't stay at the Sarah again. Nice having Walgreens across the street."

"Neu renoviert. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Tgl. Zimmerservice. Die Spülmaschine war leider kaputt, Klimaanlage hat in einem Zimmer nicht richtig funktioniert. Pools könnten größer sein. Kein Late - Checkout möglich. Sehr weit nördlichem am Strip. "

"Very clean! Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Pricey but you are assured that the room is clean and comfortable. How I wish you have a choice of not having to pay for the resort fee if you are nit gonna use it 😁.. it’s like paying for another day or more with that resort fee they added. But overall we love it and we will be coming back there soon 😉"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"We didn’t get any house keeping during our 4 day stay. We had a toddler so you can imagine the mess over 4 days. The toddler has a spit up and we explicitly requested the front desk( since phone was not working and speaking to the cleaning staff in the hallway didn’t work ) , still no show of house keeping. Everything else was ok. "
