"The property was overall excellent, so much sir that when I needed to revisit Dallas the following week I rebooked with Mint House. However the automated booking system was problematic on both occasions and my entry code to the building (I arrived after hours on both occasions) didn't work."

"Lovely hotel stay. Restaurant, bar and room service was great. Centrally located and near the Katy trail. Only complaint is the pillows were not comfortable for us. Will return but will bring pillows next time."

The vallet Stacey was one of the most courteous employees and went out of his way to help us. The staff was the best as well.!! I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Dallas from now on."

"Would not stay again. The windows and walls must be thin. There are lots of bars around this property but the music vibrates the whole hotel. Don’t expect to get any rest here. Starts at 9 stops about 230 but then police cars everywhere with sirens on trying to get people to disburse . Completely insane that those places are ruining this great hotel."

"Las alfombras a mi parecer estaban muy sucias lo demás de la habitación todo estuvo bien y respecto de las amenidades que otorga el Hotel respecto de la alberca es en razón de los eventos que ahí relizan creo que eso les da un punto malo ya que considero que debería ser servicio que pueda utilizar los huespedes y entiendo que es negocio pero incluso podrían mejor realizarlos después de las 7 pm pues de los 3 días que estuvimos ahí no pudimos disfrutar de la alberca y había mucha gente externa"
