The room was nice, and quiet considering the location. Room service was very limited. When I tried to call the front desk it was impossible. Otherwise staff was cordial and efficient."
"I liked the fact that New Jersey always had free parking in the facility but now I’m not sure about that because when I checked in the asked me to take a picture of a QR code in order to see my options. I hope still free parking though because otherwise I need to consider it for next time."
"I think they could’ve done a better job at keeping the rooms clean we found two bugs in our room which left us uneasy. We could’ve switched rooms however the hotel was packed for a wedding! The front desk staff or a least there was one female in particular who was rude. I’m not sure if she was new however she was very dismissive and when I requested housekeeping-she stated that they only come every other day and that cleanings are only done in the mornings! Which was a bold face lie because...
