"The hotel was clean,fresh & modern looking with excellent facilities. Comfortable beds & pillows. Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window. Some sort of air conditioning or fan would be nice especially n the room during the hot summer days as it's difficult to get off to sleep in the heat.The staff are all helpful & very pleasant. "My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"A wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Accommodation was very clean, powerful shower. Bar and food menu extensive, with a park for children. Near to Warton, Lytham and Lytham St Anne's. An excellent location. Would totally recommend."
