This was our second stay at the Pullman in Liverpool, and I really love this hotel. Large, spacious lobby, with excellent breakfast in the morning, and the room is a large and well equipped. Amazing location right on the Mersey river, and a short walk to the Beatles museums, The Beatles statues and the new restaurants on Albert dock. It’s also a 15 minute walk to Matthew Street with all the Beatles attractions, including the cavern club. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very central, close to all attractions, be prepared to pay around £18 per day to park your car (car park is only 2-3minute walk). Hotel is nice, staff are friendly. Some of the furnishings in the room are starting to show some wear and tear. Everything was clean and perfectly comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and generous. I ordered a meal before going to a show and had to wait longer than expected so had to leave the meal halfway through. I was given a 50% discount and the offer of reheating what I’d had to leave later in my room. Nice surprise. Room very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was quick and simple.

Quick friendly check in. Room on the 7th floor was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. Great views of the river. Bed and pillows were really comfy and the rooms were really quiet. Bathroom shower had amazing water pressure and temperature was perfect.
