何人かいらっしゃったスタッフの方が、どの方も気さくでフレンドリーで、ストレスなく過ごせました。

"シャワーの水圧が酷く不安定だった。2日目の夕刻に帰ると清掃されておらず、掃除担当が帰宅してしまったとタオルのみ渡してきてゴミの回収もしない。セイフティボックス無しティッシュ無し、アメニティはシャワージェルと石鹸のみ。更にこのホテル併設のカフェは昨年たまたま立ち寄り会計時に現金払いしたところ驚くほど大量の小銭を釣銭で渡してくる嫌がらせもされた店でした。わかっていたら宿泊しなかったと思います。"

"I usually stay at this hotel a couple times a year and have noticed it has been going downhill. I don't know if I'll go back again. I can get over the fact that they don't replace the 3 instant coffee packs for your room, but it was reflecting on how I felt when I left the Seze.

"Great location, so close to all local amenities. Staff were lovely.

"Overall it was a good stay. The location was great. To get 5 stars, some improvements could be made, none of which were worth complaining or asking about individually: the bathroom door handle came off in my hand, the outlet for the TV wasn't working, the elevator seemed to work sporadically (and press up to go down), and there's no shower curtain of any kind so we had to towel dry the floor that got very wet. Didn't try the breakfast."

"I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded.
The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference.
The room was larger than expecting, well furnished.
The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms.
The bed was a little firmer than I like but then everyone has different tastes.
The coffee was good, the water fountain...
