"It definitely has an old world charm about it with modern conveniences like the bathrooms were up-to-date and spacious showers. Keep in mind if you are visiting with lots of luggage, you might have a hard time with the staircase. It’s a beautiful winding staircase, and I unfortunately brought a big heavy suitcase. But I managed it. The units on the ground floor or first floor we’ll find it much easier to manage than my room on the second floor.

"I rarely write a review but I think this hotel experience categorically does not deserve a rating of over 8, given that our room:
- was next to a public alleyway, meaning the curtains had to be closed the whole time, allowing for no natural light
- had no door between the bedroom and toilet, with a short distance between the two, absolutely zero privacy
I imagine we were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel, but regardless this is completely subpar quality for the experience expected!"
