"The evening restaurant staff was over worked but being she was the only waitress she was kind and professional. She was apologetic for being the only waitress but also professional. The bar guy was helpful to her. Other than that the experience was good."

"Check in was great and the night clerk was awesome. Later after midnight, the new ckerk lacked any customer service skills and was annoyed we were up purchasing snacks. The worst clerk was during breakfast. As I sat and people watched, I overheard 2 different phone calls come there where it was mentioned that yes they could have a late check out, until noon. As she finished the last call, I approached and asked for the same, I was immediately told no. She stated that her manager said that there...

"When checking in I inquired about the pool and hot tub. I was told the pool was closed because of "the chemicals" and the hot tib was permanently closed. These were the only reason I was willing to pay as much as I did for the stay. The pool was opened the next day, but the hot tub was in disrepair. Breakfast was not great either. Biscuits with no gravy. or when there was gravy, it was very watery and unappetizing. Something had been spilled in the elevator and it took a couple of days...
