The hotel was lovely - a big spacious room. The staff were attentive and helpful especially the chambermaid and the engineering student from Pisa! Breakfast was plentiful and interesting. Very peacefull apart from the market morning when stalls are set up very early in the main street. Alittle bit of heaven in such interesting surroundings. We ate in the sister hotel but think the nearby Foriestieri was 5 Star - highly recommended in fab building. Beware portions are large.

Amazing hotel , spectacular views ,food was delicious and the staff were exceptional Book a room with breakfast as probably works out cheaper especially if you don't have a car to get to Barga You can take a shuttle from hotel but only at certain times so this can be limiting.. A really pleasant stay, lovely room with a really comfortable bed, good size bathroom, ample wardrobe space and all the facilities you need. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, plenty of choice with good quality items. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, we were made to feel most welcome. Overall, the whole hotel is well decorated, clean and had plenty of facilities, we loved it.

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote.
