"The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They stored our luggage before checking in and gave us a map and insight of where to visit plus, had a lovely & tasty breakfast. Shared history about the building and were genuinely hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Note, there are a lot of stairs. Would definitely stay here again."

"L’établissement fut très difficile à trouver. Il y a 2 Nap Luxury Guest à Naples. Assurez-vous d’avoir la bonne adresse. Et malgré tout, très difficile à trouver. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. "This is a beautiful property and located about 20 minutes from the city centre. Rooms were clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Be warned there are lots of steps up to the suites and no lift but the staff were amazing, helping with luggage, advice and recommendations. "I absolutely loved this place. It is in an old building, authentic Italian style with a courtyard and a concierge downstairs, not particularly easy to find, on the third floor with a quirky elevator. But the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and breakfast was excellent. The location seems a little off the main path, but turned out to be great. It is just one block away from the waterfront. Although there were several great public transportation options just a block away,...

"Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning. "

"We lived our stay here the staff were amazing! Mário, Guiseippi and Serena bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and get us everything we needed. After hiking Vesuvius they got us lots of ice for our sore joints. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a lovely tub and bidet. The location is great especially for nice walks by the water in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. It was a wonderful spot- would stay there again!"

"I wish they would have the pool open. It was very hot and it was a beautiful pool but you couldn’t use it because it wasn’t the summertime so my suggestion to them is that they opened up the pool a month earlier that’s just me."
