"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. "We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is a big plus — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great choice and we would definitely stay here again. "Room was in good condition but I didnot know it was underground with only half a window. No staff was on site the whole time and only communicated through whatsapp. The check in process was complicated. "

"Good location, close to metro and ferries and some “sights” within walking distance. Rooms clean and adequate if slightly short of storage facilities and power sockets. Clean towels and linen every day an unnecessary luxury?! Staff extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. A pity more was not made of the bar/restaurant. it was not patio weather when we visited but at other times that would be a nice feature"
