"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"Great breakfast options and close to airport. We liked they had set prices for getting to Venice and to airport but would recommend taking train to Venice. Rooms were small for 4 adults but updated and clean. Staff told us about new fees for Venice so look ahead because they are half price if you book 5 days ahead. The location is more industrial so not really scenic but there was a mall nearby with a grocery store where we got inexpensive water and snacks and fresh fruit for our trip in to...

"Hotel is conveniently located at the terminus of line 2 of the vaporetto, so it takes about 25 minutes to get to the tourist hot spots. It suited us as we prefer to be away from the noise and crowds at night. There isn’t anything around the area so if you want to be close to the vibrant nightlife of Venice, I’d suggest looking at other options. "We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"The staff overall were fantastic! At check in, they were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The housecleaning was also prompt with a small request. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of sauces, jam, toppings for the fresh baked croissants and yogurt. Great drink selection as well! The room was clean and modern. Loved the brick walls and sloped ceilings.
