"Initially, stayed here from 26 - 28April, and booked for additional 1 nite. But on my last stay 28-29 April, it was a bit disaster. I went to the gym late in the evening, before 11 PM, but the gym was already dark. Dialed 0 and talked to the staff on duty to turn on the gym light. She said that the technical will come and turn on the lamp. 15 mins passed, no one came. It was okay, as the AC was still on and I could watch TV. But after I finished from doing exercise, I could not go back to my room, as they have locked the glass door access from Pool area to the elevator. And I had to go back inside the gym and called the staff to open the glass door. So, 24/7 gym - Sheraton Kuching?"
