"This hotel is close. We need to make a new reservation in another hotel. We lost our money. This hotel looks an old house. The neighbors said that this hotel closet because the government close for safety and healthy problems."

One day before the trip I got an email from the property owner saying N/A. Not available. By now I knew that and I guess I would have expected some form of communication from them months prior. I booked in January for an end of May trip."

"We didn’t actually stay at this property. We made a reservation for this place on February 1st and the reservation was accepted and booked. Five months later with less than 18 hours before check in we were told that we were being moved and that it was an “upgrade”. We were moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom walk up apartment, hardly what could be considered an upgrade. We were told it was a mistake as they do not accept a one night reservation for that property. The place we were moved...

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."
