"I was picked up at the airport as requested, and punctually. Arrived the apartment, was shown how the keys worked, the appliances, and left to settle in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. Only issues I had were due to my lack of competency in the native language, and figured out most of it myself through trial and error. Picked up for return ride to airport punctually, great place, great people.. Thank you Yurii and Sasha"

"I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."

"Very nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But it’s really hard to find since it’s on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance. "

"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."
