"I would’ve rated everything excellent but the property was under going renovation and it was a bit loud and dusty! The lady who made the cookies for the front desk, made sure we had an abundance of chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. She went out of her way to make them for us."

"The pictures are the only thing that's nice with this hotel. Rooms are old and out of date. Floors dirty. Needs to be renovated. Ive stayed at some super 8 motels that was nicer than this."

"Staff was outstanding and very helpful and very courteous. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate with them. Breakfast was the best I have had in years. My compliments to the chef."

"I have fair expectations for a room between $75-100/night. But this room was awful and frankly, unsafe. The bathroom light was failing, the tub floor had no slip-preventing pad or stickers on it, and the curtain rod was hung crooked and hanging by a thread. Wyndham needs to look into the management and demand changes, because this is not up to their standards. Not even close."

"Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27."

"It is just BEST hotel to stay at in Ruidoso, New Mexico. So clean and private. Staff goes over and beyond!! I will be back!!"

"Everything good except for the pool not being open as advertised. It was clean water clear pump on but told us not open . Kids were very disappointed and we chose the hotel bc of pool."

"Clean property. My only complaint is that the rooms AC need some work . Turned all the way down and it was so hot at night. They don’t have ceiling fans."

"Staff was nice enough. There are NO amenities. Our stay was from Tues. thru Sun. Had to request clean towels by taking the used towels to the front office myself as I was told there was only (1) housekeeper. Please bring your own cooking utensils, kitchen ware etc., garbage bags. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired; it needs a complete overhaul. The pool was out of service as well. The room itself was O.K. but needs remodeling as well. The sofa was Filthy. We had to go to the...
