"Absolutely lovely estate! We thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the lush and manicured landscape, watching the sunrise from the veranda. The rocking chairs got a lot of use from us. The beds are extremely comfortable and pillows are nice and fluffy too. Daniel was the most pleasant and hospitable manager whom met all of our needs. He made sure our coffee and water was well stocked. If you’re looking for a retreat in southern charm fashion, look no further. We look forward to our next visit! Thanks!...

"Very pet friendly, which is important to us, given that we have two dogs. Alan Webb, the host, has a cockatoo, which the dogs loved and which we loved also. Good proximity to the Skyline Drive, Charlottesville, and the White Oak Canyon trail in the Shenandoah National Park. Good breakfasts and good amenities in the room, with Keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv with streaming, and good wi-fi."
