"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "This was not what we expected. The description said there was a bathroom - there wasn’t. It said there were three rooms it was only two the heating was inadequate. There was no instructions for cooker which was set too low. "
