"If I could afford to stay here all year round, it’s the only place I would stay! This is a hidden gem, every thing was clean, beautiful and perfect! Great views and amenities, amazing location. Staff were great, parking was a breeze. We were there in April and it was very quiet which was nice. If I were to say anything that wasn’t perfect it was the breakfast, fruit was very fresh and service was good, but food and options were just ok. Complimentary coffee, cookies & special treats each day...

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"The staff go over and above with service. Soooo friendly. Only had one staff member who was not. Would highly recommend. Rooms nice. Was upgraded without asking. Free water and snacks in room which were replenished every day. Sofa bed was made up every night. The attached restaurant was amazing RAKU is a must to try. Front Valet Manager (Arnon from Albanian) was AMAZING. Definitely stay here if in Boston!!!!!"

"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....
