This is a charming old Brownstone in the Music Conservatory / Symphony Hall area - also a fairly quick walk to the Landstown station, Lansdown Street, the House of Blues and many restaurants in and around Huntington Street and Boylston Street neighborhoods. A quick drive to and from the Mass Pike exit. Near a pick up point for the airport shuttle. Super convenient Westland Road parking garage a few paces away. Also Whole Foods at the corner and CVS on the street . Its is a quaint older building you have to understand and the bedrooms are really like bedrooms in a private home. Narrow staircase, no lift. Very clean room and updated bathroom. Staff are very nice, welcoming, helpful ; you want to text them to tell them when you're going to arrive . Cant check in after 10 PM but once you have a key then you're all set no matter when you return after a night out. A nice continental breakfast served in the morning - coffee's great. A real B&B as a reasonable rate. I highly recommend the Oasis. If you don't have a friend to stay with this is the next best thing!

Perfect location for a concert at House of Blues. Walking distance to the venue, parking garage, and a great burger joint. Will definitely be coming back. It was a nice, quiet stay, where privacy and respect for guests was obvious. The continental breakfast was perfect for our start to the day, preventing us from having to hunt for sustenance after a long night out.

Staff was very nice Location was great for us as we attended a concert at the House of Blues Would also be perfect for going to Fenway. Cute Italian cafe and bagel shop near by and plenty of other restaurants in the area. Room was neat and clean but small and the bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen!

Bare bones, clean, efficient and comfortable (better had I not been so cold natured) @ 70 degrees. Safe neighborhood. Polite staff. Yes the stairway is narrow. Read all they send you and you will know what to expect.

Staff was courteous--specifically Scott, who helped us with check-in, check-out, and breakfast. Rooms were incredibly clean and ready for our stay. Bed was super comfortable and location was ideal.

The gentleman who checked me in was super gracious and informative. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect, It is on a quiet street so close to the Prudential Center and easy access to all of Boston, just steps away. I appreciated the breakfast being included. I think students from nearby Berklee must reside here, as well, as I was serenaded with (a flute?) this morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was beyond courteous - they were warm and friendly and consistently helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. I also really liked their blankets - they looked light but, in fact, had a wonderful heft to them that made sleeping under them feel very cozy. Also - the location was great for me.

This place is a hidden gem! 8 minutes from Fenway, easily accessible from the green line T, so many cute restaurants nearby. Beds are comfy and the breakfast has great options. If you’re looking for a well priced downtown stay, this is your spot.
