"Room was good and we only stayed one night. Only thing that was an inconvenience was one of the TV's did not work. They tried to fix it but just didn't work. Also, one of the vending machines ate our money. They desk clerk already knew this happens and said they should put a sign on it. Other than that, I cannot complain. Would stay there again."

"I was ready to give this a 5 star review until I saw the charge for parking. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast buffet outstanding. Service everywhere was top notch. Pool, sauna and work out room perfection. Beds were very comfortable, even comfortable pillows. Great location for all things theater district has to offer and minutes from the Boston Gardens. Room had everything we needed. There are even discounts in the lovely restaurant for dinner which we enjoyed. But beware of parking charges. I sprung for valet parking as this was a 16th birthday trip for my daughter. I thought the $65 was high, but ASSUMED that covered overnight parking fee as well. But I assumed wrong. I was charged $100 for parking. Buyer beware, I should have asked. You would think with all of the discounts the hotel gives, including for Macy’s, they could work out a deal with the parking garage next door?oh well. Still would go back to stay in a heartbeat!"

"So clean, and beautiful! The staff was wonderful and so kind. The room was great with a view and the bar, restaurants, and cafe were all top tier! We will absolutely come back and stay here again!"

"The staff was great! Bed was comfortable enough just hurts to pay $90 per night to be assigned a top bunk in an 8 person dorm. Luggage storage is a great perk. Probably would have had a better stay if my train had gotten in at its scheduled time instead of 11:30pm. "
