"Incredible views, location, breakfast and room! All of the staff were so helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They offer eye masks for the bright sun that comes in off the water in the morning. The location right on the Harbor was perfect. I never wanted to leave my balcony. We opted to eat the complimentary breakfast every morning because it was so delicious. French toast and omelettes! This was truly a boutique hotel experience. "

"Rooms were very clean. Staff was always helpful. Pool was nice and food was very good. The morning breakfast was well done. If you are a Red Sox fan or just seeing a game at Fenway, this hotel is super convenient. Walking distance. Also very close to other attractions. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"I was extremely delighted with my stay at Citizen M Boston Back Bay! Our room was much bigger than I had expected, so that was the first surprise. It was very easy to get to from the airport, too, as I just took the Logan Express bus to Back Bay which was free and dropped my off just down the street from the hotel. The hotel is very modern, fun and hip with amazing artwork and decor. The room had huge windows overlooking the city and black-out blinds which were useful because we needed to sleep...

"Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."

"Beautiful hotel! Great location. Easy to walk to local vendors, shopping, and can walk to the seaport. Staff were helpful and friendly. We.didnarrive right when Les Miserable was getting out, which did cause conjestion. Simply pull up in front of the hotel for vallet parking. It did take a while to get our car out of vallet, so suggeat texting them ahead of time. Overall very nice stay Highly recommend."
