"I guess a 4 o'clock check in time is still TOO early. Had to wait until 4:45 for our room to be ready. Many stairs to enter and go to the elevator. If you have a wheelchair you have to enter thru the garage and use that elevator. There is Not any restaurants close by and NO food service on the premises. ..."

Hilton Boston Park Plaza
"Service and staff were fantastic. Great area as well, right next to the Green Line train. But the hotel itself had very small rooms and bathrooms for the price. An overweight person would not be able to fit in the shower."
