"I thought the hotel was very nice , some staff were very rude . But over all trip was fine . Beware that you have to pay 15$ for parking, I thought that was awful ."

"First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking. The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom. No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area."

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"The breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff running the breakfast! The coffee machines, giving each a person a fresh cup, one cup at a time was slow, and caused backups. I’d rather have a coffee decanter. The rooms were nice, and I love having unending supply of soaps and lotion. The he bed was too soft for my husband, but I slept fine!"

"Nice place to stay in seaport"

"Very modern and clean hotel, lots of space in room, decent size wardrobe and draws, bed very comfortable. Good selection at breakfast which was constantly restocked, good location for harbour walks with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Nice space on roof to take food and drinks up to giving views over the waterfront. "We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom. We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. The front desk worker did not attempt to help us beyond this, saying they needed to launch an investigation into the bugs and her hands were tied. In my...

"The hotel lobby was extremely loud - so much so that I couldn’t hold a conversation there. There was a “resort fee” over and above the Expedia rate, but this was not a resort and that just felt annoying. There was no room service- just a “pantry” with expensive and mediocre food and a microwave. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known any of these things."
