The facility in Belfast is starting to look worn. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful, however no matter what time we had breakfast the food was dried out and past its peak. "Lovely spacious apartment. Car parking can be tricky on busy residential street. Close to Ulster Museum, short bus ride into town. Enjoyed our stay there."

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … "
