"Large room, lots of seating and desk. Hot tub small but I was the only one who used it. Breakfast good. Walking trails outside the door. In a residential area. Easy parking. Desk staff leaves at 5 so remember your key (even for hot tub)"

"Comfort, amenities, location, and parking are just a few of the things that can make a hotel stay a great experience. What makes it even better is when the staff feels supported by management, and that support is reflected in the service they provide to guests. That is truly the icing on the cake. Angie was an absolute delight! She was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, communicative, patient, and so much more. She clearly takes pride in her work, does her job exceptionally well, and deserves a raise! When welcoming guests, you never know what someone may be going through or what circumstances have brought them there. Sometimes, a little kindness, patience, and exceptional service can make all the difference. Angie demonstrated exactly that. This is why I would recommend staying here over other nearby hotels. Great amenities are important, but it's the people who make an experience memorable. Thank you again, Angie, and to the rest of the staff working that evening (10-11-2026). Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed!"
Homewood Suites by Hilton - Boulder

"Room was clean and well maintained, but there are some quirks with light switches on the outside of rooms and drawers not being able to open all the way in the kitchen. Dishes were provided which is great, Safeway is right next door. Shower water pressure is quite low even though I was on the first floor. AC works okay but it’s pretty loud so it’s constantly turning on and can be disruptive. Breakfast had all the essentials, much appreciated. Parking is free and all of the popular sights of Boulder are within 10min of the hotel. There’s a free shuttle that operates during weekdays that I didn’t get to use but sounds great. Staff were super friendly and approachable, we wanted ice for our water and got it with no issues. Came in the fall, mid October and there’s some yellow fall colors but not a lot yet. Hotel was really quiet and I was able to sleep well, no doors slamming or cars whizzing by since it’s tucked away in the plaza. This was my first time in Boulder and I’d definitely come back!"

"The room, the property was excellent. We had to go back twice because the room wasn’t ready, which delayed our arrival time, and we were scheduled to check in at 3 PM. while we got there at 2 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, came back at 3 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, they said it’d be about another hour and a half, got there at 4:30, and finally a 4:45 our room was ready, and we had to be at dinner at 5:15 how was the only issue we had was the late check-in"

"This was a perfect spot for our family to explore Boulder and RMNP. It has so many great amenities: outdoor lounge with yard games, outdoor pool, great restaurant, and walkable distance to downtown. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Ok…. Read all the reviews and if you decide to stay here have the right expectation going into it. Nothing fancy about the place and that is spelled out very clearly. Location in my opinion was perfect for a game weekend which is why we were there. The staff was awesome but we aren’t very particular as long as room is clean and we feel safe. Bed and pillows were actually super comfortable and we slept well the whole time. Boulder can get expensive on game weekends and we felt we got our monies worth at this historic hotel. Hope this review helps!"

"The suite had plenty of room with the separate living area. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was large with double sinks but had the mirror placed in between the sinks which didn't make sense at all. Other than that we liked the room and it was great for the weekend. The restaurant food was really good also."
