So great not to stay in the boring hotel in Boulder. Comfortable beds. Great restaurants nearby. So quiet and charming. Well stocked snack and breakfast bar. Lovely community of old Colorado.

The staff was friendly. The property was very well maintained and welcoming. Would’ve enjoyed a hot tub, but all in all, a good experience.

My first time to Nederland and picked this hotel. Couldn't have been happier with the stay. The hiking trails and location were fantastic and it was great to be walking distance each night from the hotel into town. The town was exactly what we were looking for in a location. Plenty of food/drink options each night. Would definitely stay here again.

I'd suggest getting some kind of usb charging in the room. Check the remotes for battery test and put local info in a book in each room for tourists to review

The property was very clean and all the staff were amazing. They always had fresh coffee available and the continental breakfast is just what we needed. We will definitely be back.

This property is amazing! We've spent a week here every summer for 6yrs in a row, it's unbeatable. The location, the view, the people, the staff, nothing to complain about! The trail and creek behind the lodge are wonderful too, we walk the trail to the reservoir 1-2x each day. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, not just at the lodge but the town as a whole. We consider Ned to be like a second home to us! Highly recommend and will continue to stay here.

very dog friendly we take our dogs up here every 4th of july because of the fireworks down below there is a nice walking trail for exercise
