Arriving late with my son, the receptionist, Rachel, refused to check us in because the reservation was under my wife's name. "The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar.
