"We travel to Las Vegas every summer for business. We're there for a week. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only negative is that for both years now, not all elevators are functioning. Only one on one side and one on the other side of the hotel are operating. One elevator is completely non-functioning. "The overall ambience and hospitality are the beginning of my Tuscany experience. Then comes the food, the pool, and the Spa. The Thai massage actually restored my health, alleviating the painful symptoms of chronic and severe migraines within an hour and a half. A pleasant surprise. I’m definitely returning- and next time I’ll take advantage of their $40/day package to lower my cost of enjoyment of Tuscany’s many entertainments and recreation."

"Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. "I had an appalling check-in experience at the Las Vegas Renaissance on 6/4/2026. Arriving late with my son, the receptionist, Rachel, refused to check us in because the reservation was under my wife's name. Despite showing my ID with the exact same home address, she showed zero flexibility, forcing me to wake up my wife at 1:00 AM her time to call Expedia and add my name. "Property has been extremely relaxing. Our one bedroom suite has been great and we have enjoyed the kitchen and other amenities the room offers. We had some maintance problems that staff has taken care of right away. We have actually extended our stay!"

"Was definitely not the best experience. 2 queen bed rooms looked nothing like photos, so that was very deceiving. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and the smoke alarm was missing/removed. The floors were stained and in some areas sticky. The first room we were given was not ready, showed up to the beds undone and trash on the floor. We weren’t sure if someone was still there.
