Price matched that expectation for a night in a UK coastal town… nothing more to say. There is no AC in the rooms, but wasn’t needed as the night was cool. Very helpful staff and accommodating. Great location to the beach, only 5 min walk.

The hotel was nothing like any if the pictures shown when picking the hotel the room was awful dirty rickety bed which was fulling to pieces drawers fulling apart over loaded plug socket which had 2 extension leads running of it fire waiting to happen no staff anywhere to talk to the whole place was dirty stained and ripped carpets no hot water at all shower did not work the whole place stank we could not stay it was that bad it was like a half way house nothing like a hotel at all would not recommend to anyone I would not even want an animal to stay in that filth

Not for the faint hearted. Also, don’t bother booking some hotel that is slightly more expensive and better reviews in this area cause they’ll just take you to the one they have rooms in. They’re all under one management. If the carpet could talk it would be under witness protection…

The hotel description and pictures are totally misleading - the rooms booked were not even available and we were taken to property next door, no curtains in room, very dirty and foul smelling

Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. Very disappointed, and no way to take the money back. We left as soon as we arrived, we didn't even sleep there. No staff in the place, they are coming from a different hotel to check as in . Parking in the front if you find place

We arrived there nd no parking space even if we would pay being public parking in for of the building. We had to call sever times to try to do check in. Second floor room was like sauna, no air or ventilation. The beds were uncomfortable, you could feel the metal bars through the mattress if you can call it like that. Showers without cold water only boiling water literally. Old furniture and the floor wabely. We paid 120£ for 1 night but in the middle of the night we decided to go home due to poor hospitality. Bad bed mattress, no air and no shower.

Checked late so only slept in the room. Very comfortable mattress. We has a lovely sleep. Clean room. Walk in shower in good order. Night staff friendly and very helpful. I was given a choice of three rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was supposed to be 2pm but they lost the keys until 5pm. Total mix up with rooms. They gave me keys to a room where someone lived. Very stressful.

Ideal.

Excellent. This is a satellite room-only type of accommodation without reception. Key collection is from the “sister hotel” at the top of the road called Bourne Hall. The satnav postcode takes you to the rear of the property, better to aim for the road that it’s located on. My room was spotless. The firm mattress was just what I needed after a long drive. There was a mini fridge in my room. Location is great, ten minutes walk to the pavilion. All in all I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Ideal for graduation trip.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The infrastructure was in very poor condition, and the entire place seemed neglected. Our check-in was delayed by three hours beyond the agreed time, which was extremely frustrating. When we finally got to the room, it was dirty and clearly lacked basic maintenance – broken fixtures, dust, and an overall feeling of carelessness. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable place to stay.
