A well-run, small hotel situated a short walk from town centres in Bournemouth and Boscombe.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. The personal touch made a huge difference. The room was to the highest standard and certainly did not disappoint. The room was warm and cosy; the location was really central and easy to find. David was super friendly and made us a wonderful breakfast including home-made sourdough!

We had a wonderful stay, a welcoming arrival and any queries we had were dealt with both before our stay and during our stay. There is limited parking at the hotel and involves a bit of tetris parking, however I cannot see how this could be resolved given the location and size of the hotel. The Chocolate Box was one of a few hotels that included some on site parking, there is a paid car park near by as well , you just need to be prepared in advance of the possibility of not getting parked on...

Little Hotel with a big attitude, everything about our stay was exactly how I wanted it, the owners are a lovely couple and really put 100% into making your stay a memorable one. We only eat breakfast at the Hotel, but if that is anything to go by the food was excellent. The Hotel has a nice comfortable bar with reasonable prices. We will definitely come again

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small. Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from. Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.
