We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower

Great place. Good views. Staff helpful. Parking confusing. Our bed two singles - maybe once a double turned - had to hang on so as not to roll off bed

Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Would recommend eating in the restaurants. Continental breakfast included, good varied choice. Beautiful view from restaurant. Just need to update the lighting and switches in the bedrooms as quite dark and switches were old momentary type.

We had a very small room inland snug but unfortunately in the heat the small fan given to us was inadequate to cool the room. We had dinner in the Jetty which was fabulous down by the waters edge with.a delicious prawn spaghetti and cod with crab.served by a very helpful young lady who was rushed off her feet. Very helpful staff and a lovely continental breakfast

Another stay at a Harbour Hotel; we do enjoy their offering. Consistently providing great service and a pleasant stay. The Jetty at Christchurch Harbour Hotel served an excellent meal and service - highly recommend the Jetty.

We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!

The pool and leisure facilities were closed for refurb and the lounge area was quite small hence liw score for amenities...However,the staff were excellent and room comfortable.Delicious evening meal.....

Room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and good facilities including coffee machine. Good choice and quality food at breakfast. Lovely to be able to sit out on the terrace with great views. All members of staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Would return.

The bathroom in our room was very unclean. I have photos of grimy areas with scum/bacteria on certain areas. The grab rails in the bath and the areas around the sink taps and overflow outlet were disgusting. It would quite easily come off if cleaned properly.

I thought he room we stayed in was very well designed and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the free vodka, coffee and biscuits. The bed was really comfortable. The only problem was that the room was far too hot overnight, even though the radiators were not operating. However the was an electric fan provided, which helped considerably. The staff were very polite and helpful and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Lovely quiet location, comfy room and great food. Bar staff very helpful. Building works going on at the hotel and next door so we were disturbed in the morning by lorries but this is not the fault of the hotel
