"Big space hotel very dated and no a/c"

"Nice little pool that was great in the recent heat . Room itself was very very small . The bathroom was old , dated with limited water pressure . The doors are opened with old style locks that can be very difficult to get open and closed at times and didn’t feel very secure as a female traveller. Expensive for what it is"

"I don't want to waste my time anymore. Just i had to pay £20 for parking on site just for few hours! You forgot to mention this on your website."

"Great staff, location and refurbishment. Food, drink, garden and leisure facilities excellent and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. Useful perks like free water, good tea and coffee tray, an actual bath and £5 off you don't have your room cleaned to spend on food or drink. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!"

"Breakfast was very good, quality products used. The pool area and other amenities are dated. Pool staff didn’t bother removing left towels from beds so you don’t know if someone left them or keeping the bed occupied. Air con in our room was working perfectly, mind that we visited during the heat wave with over 31 degrees."

"Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool. My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !"

"Great breakfast choices. Room was okay, bed was too hard and creeky, shower heads not that great. Could do with an outside area to sit and have a drink."

"Serious group system issue meant my confirmed booking was not received at the hotel and I had to find somewhere else. Arrived at 6pm. Several people waiting to check in. One person on reception. No booking for me, despite messages from the hotel. Over an hour and a half later confirmed there would be no room for me. I asked to pay for a room. Offered a room in the sister East Cliff hotel which was hot and grotty. Will avoid the OYO name in future."

"Very good hotel. Smart and clean. Excellent breakfast. The only issues: the car park. Difficult walking from the car park to the hotel. Also noise from bar over the road."

"Great location. A bit run down. I was expecting to see Basil Fawlty and Cybil any moment. Lovely to take an old school break. Nice food. Wonderful views of Poole harbour."

"it was fine. nothing massively special but I didnt expect that either. The room was decent and had aircon. reception staff were kind. I dont like that I had to provide my driving licence on check-in. I don't usually at hotels but it was lucky I had it with me as I dont usually."

"The hotel is in a warn state . Furniture well past its sell by state. Decoration average .gardens not swept or weeded . In need of a major investment. Staff good .thank you "

"The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom could have done with better clean. Rogue hairs on floor but everywhere else good. Apart from mosquito that ate me alive nothing but good to say. Ate in restaurant. Food good but very slow service. 55 mins for simple order. Would recommend overall"

"It was a small room and no air conditioner, but unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t very good! Very few things, The croissants were born, not to many varieties!"

"Building took me back, I love deco style buildings...Inside when immediately walk in appears dated, as does staircase but most important is the room, which was clean and had everything I needed. Woman on reception is very friendly and very helpful. English breakfast was good. Only 10 minute walk to the coast but in a quiet road. If in Bournemouth again would stay here again."
