We ended up moving rooms because it was so dirty. The property is very dated and you could hear everything in the rooms above and next to us. The hot tub needed to be cleaned and the water was not hot. The pool was ok!"

"No frills place which allows a family of three in a decent clean accomodation with a microwave kitchenette. We stayed in a chalet style room called the works but they do have other just room only options. Parking is plenty and no hassle in that. Don't expect room service and very very high standards as it is a no frills experience. "I cannot fault my stay, from start to finish it was superb from the very welcoming and friendly Roberto where absolutely nothing was to much trouble, to how amazingly clean and well kept the communal areas were, to the fantastic room i stayed in. I have stayed in a fair few hotels in Bournemouth but this one stands head and shoulders above all of them in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, comfiness of bed and it was so quiet. View over the carpark sadly with a noisy fan or generator or something directly below so couldn't open windows due to the noise, that would be an issue in the summer i expect and wont be a problem for all the rooms. About a 15 min walk to the station or to town. Wish I'd booked direct as expedia was almost double their onsite price"
