"Spa facilities are great, everything spotless and well kept. Breakfast was lovely - definitely worth £5 tray charge to have it brought to your room."

"The hotel was lovely only a 10 minute walk to town. Lovely bar and eating area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend"

"Loved it and the sister hotel"

"Friendly old hotel. Staff good. Breakfast was good, but maybe some fried bread, ham & cheese, especially as it appeared to cater for older people like me! Cleaning of room was a bit hit & miss. Nice room though, although my friends was smaller & boiling, even though we had paid the same. Choice of pillows & a fridge with water would be good. Swam a couple of times in the small pool, but didnt use gym. Afraid the evening meals were not to our liking, but plenty of places elsewhere. Short walk...

"Bar is nicely laid out and decorated with good range of spirits. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful. No breakfast on weekdays due to kitchen refurb. Think that applies to lunches and dinner on all days. Noise from music in nightclub in basement does come through into ground floor although we were warned of this before hand and reception gave us bedrooms on 3rd floor to avoid disturbance."

"very well presented and the staff were very pleasant. we thought the car park was over priced as we only stayed one night. Premeir Inn only charge £3.00."
