"Very convenient to SETAC. 24 hour shuttle is reliable. Ample luggage carts allow guests to move luggage to room on own. Nearly at airport, but very quiet."

"In general it is a good hotel. We were disappointed because arriving before our check in we paid $ 25 to have the room earlier. OK. Went to the pool and was closed for cleaning. In the morning paid another $25 to stay some extra hours. Again , the pool was clised for cleaning."

"Redmond Inn is in a very convenient location and despite being close to the freeway and a major road it is surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The included breakfast featured very good coffee (so important!) and the continental breakfast offerings were fairly standard. The waffles were OK. The housekeeping was minimal—they clean every other day, which is fine, but our second day was Sunday so we waited 3 days. When they came, I was disappointed to see...

"Friendly and very helpful staff. Quick check in and gotme onto my room before noon. Nice breakfast and treadmills that worked in the fitness room. Close to the airport with a very quick turnaround with their complimentary airport shuttle."

"This hotel was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and it was beautiful! I could not believe the price we paid for that nice of a hotel! Would definitely recommend and visit again!"

"The property was good but the cleaning crew knocked around 8:30 to clean the room. I was fast asleep coz I worked till 0300 hrs and they kept on knocking. I had to get out of bed and went to answer the door. That was rude of nobody answered on the first knock that means they are still sleeping besides ita too early."

"Staff very nice. Room and hotel clean. Doors are super loud. You can hear the doors all day and night. Not great for a light sleeper. Came here for work and definitely would come back."

"No Elevator!! Must arrange for cleaning , they don't clean daily. When we tried to arrange the same day cleaning at 8am, apparently they had no staff to clean. We asked for 3 new towels, we did not receive until our 3rd call to front desk. Hot tub was not working. Gym had a puddle of water by the water station, garbage overflowing - people left their garbage on the table by the garbage bin. Afternoon frontdesk staff was friendly."

"There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"

"A perfect short stay before our cruise. It's an old and pretty outdated hotel but very clean, staff was incredible and couldn't get more convenient to the cruise port with a $10 shuttle door to dock."
