"Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room. Breakfast was ok although fried egg was not cooked properly very snotty. Boiled eggs uncooked today. The woman had bad attitude the way she spoke to guest blunt and rude. Would not stay here again."

"Located in a great area right in the heart of Keswick, super easy to walk to shops, cafes, bars etc. The property is a decent size and has mostly what you’d need during your stay (some Tupperware for guests to use would be really handy). "Our room was excellent very quiet with lovely comfortable bed, nice bed linen, towels and plenty of tea&coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious. We ate evening meals at the hotel which were homemade and great quality and reasonable price. New owners have taken over hotel just over 2 mths ago and we found them to be very friendly, welcoming and hard working.
