"Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!"

"Ceiling falling apart in many common areas around property. A man with shower bonnet jumped out of his parked suspicious tinted window vehicle in the back of the parking lot on a sunny Friday morning at 9am and screamed at me to get my leashed calm dog away from his car. Extremely threatening and scary. Many vulgar words. I felt the front desk clerk had too much of an attitude to not offer any meaningful assistance. Will not stay here again"

"The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed "

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area with good shopping options and the beds were extremely comfortable!"

"The hotel was good but seemed to be under staffed. The receptionist had to do few things at the same time. Our room was not serviced for few days again due to lack of people. Location was relatively close to metro line so we could go to Washington and see the monuments and museums."

"The bathroom shower was a little bit rusty and inside the bathtub there was a rust. Which need a recommendation to be checked regularly. Again air fresheners need to be placed in the room."

We took the lamp from the second room back to the first room and I complemented the desk clerk on her patience but then she said "I can't keep opening up new rooms for you". "I’m not sure a different need to be behind the gold door don’t do it. It was a raise up price so I did it. I only needed to be somewhere for five hours. I put in the room and turn around in my car in the parking lot!! They need to shut down and definitely needs to be labeled the motel !!"

"The hotel room was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The stay was very affordable. There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. Unfortunately, it prevented us from being able to use the sofa bed. The staff was not personable and their friendliness was...

"It was far from any shopping, and nowhere near a supermarket....so guests were basically sequestered there unless they had a car. "
