"We had a very pleasant stay at Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was friendly but housekeeping needs to be more careful, I found our door was left wide open when they entered to replenished our towels while we were out and we returned to our door open. Front desk can have better communication we had to wait a while to get a room after checking and find out we were on the top floors and the elevator was out of service for the first couple of days we were there until the last day it was worked on after being told it would work by the end of our first night and my mom that was traveling with me had a hard time getting up to our room during that time. Also, after the incident of the door being left opened they just said “oh sorry”."

"I went to check in and was told by the young girl that I already checked in. Impossible since I drove 7 hours and just not got there. Then she said she has a card on file already and again I say that’s not mine. I even asked if someone else is going to be in my room and she says No. I go to my room and guess what. There are 3 bags in there. I call the girl who says I will have to come back down and talk to the supervisor then hangs up on me. I try calling back and she won’t answer. I had two kids with me and one autistic so I didn’t want to be doing all this back and forth. I went down there and straight to the girl and said is this your customer service? You hang up on people? She says “you can talk to her”. So she was still rude and no apology and there was no explanation as to why this happened. They assure me they checked the other persons ID but not sure how since they don’t have my name. "

"Due to the issues encountered, we had to book alternative accommodations for the remainder of our trip. Our experience was unacceptable for several reasons: - Cleanliness and Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. - Lack of Amenities: The kitchen was not equipped with pots, pans, or dishes. Additionally, there were no toiletries, such as shampoo or body wash, provided in the shower. - Breakfast Quality: The advertised breakfast consisted only of coffee and a small prepackaged muffin. - Environment: The hotel was very loud in the evening, and I did not feel safe staying there with my children. Despite my request to speak with a manager during our stay, I was never able to do so. If you book through a third party site you will not be able to change your reservation. "
