Hotel dekat Bowlero Cerritos

"The elevator is extremely slow. The hotel itself is old. The hotel rooms definitely is in need of an urgent upgrade."

"This hotel was really nice except that our room smelled like dog pee. I feel like if you’re gonna allow pets, you should only have certain rooms that are pet friendly and keep other rooms free from pet smells. We didn’t ask for a new room, we just dealt with it cause we were only there one night. The room looked clean, but it didn’t smell clean."

"It's okay"

"The only thing that I would say negative about the room is that I didn’t have a clock to where you can tell the time."

"Great service"

"They charge for parking, which adds to the price. You can purchase a breakfast which is all you can eat but it’s the same quality as breakfast that’s included at other hotels Also they have restaurant staff seat you then tell you can go serve yourself, which isn’t necessary and confusing. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept on"

"The hotel Insulation is bad. We can hear neighbors walking, taking shower. The ac fan is so noisy, so disturbing my sleep when the fan is on."

"Hair dryer did not work"

"Centrally located and conveniently close to the freeway. New and very clean property."

"The staff were fantastic and the hotel itself is lovely. I will say, however, that if you’re even a slightly light sleeper this hotel is not for you. I barely got any sleep at all over the three nights I was there due to the noise from upstairs and every surrounding room; it’s like the walls are made out of paper. It got so bad that I had to ask (at 12am) to sleep in a different room on the top floor. I’ve never stayed anywhere with so much exterior noise from other rooms! I hate to complain...
