"Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed "

"Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....

"The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location."

"We stayed at Hotel Katerina during Chico Family Weekend with a group of 10, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hospitality truly stood out, everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, which made traveling with a larger group so much easier. The gym was state of the art and pool relaxing...
